Adult Social Worker – Learning Disabilities Team – Darlington

Pay rate £27 per hour

• Working with individuals with Learning Disabilities
• Completing assessment support planning and capacity assessments
• Experience working with ICB/CHC completing checklists and attending relevant funding discussion's
• Court of Protection applications and safeguarding triage and enquiries
• Able to manage a varied caseload of individuals with competing priorities, organisational skills are important
