Accounts Assistant

• Process invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end financial reporting.
• Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation in an organised manner.
• Support the preparation of payments and manage supplier queries.
• Monitor and process expense claims in accordance with company policies.
• Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team as required.
• Assist with audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Handle ad-hoc financial tasks to support the smooth running of accountancy operations.

A successful Accounts Assistant will have experience in the above and be on short notice

• An hourly rate of £16.00 to £19.00, paid in GBP.
• A temporary position offering flexibility to suit your needs.
