An established and growing company is looking for an Accounts to join its small and friendly office team. This Accounts position is a varied role offering the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day accounts and administration, while supporting the wider business with opportunities to grow with the business

• £28,000 - £30,000
• Office based

Accounts responsibilities:

• Answering telephone calls, responding to emails and handling general enquiries.
• Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Processing weekly timesheets and providing support with payroll administration.
• Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts and resolving account queries.
• Assisting with account reconciliations and general finance administration.
• Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records and updating internal systems.
• Supporting applications, valuations and cost tracking as required.
• Providing general administrative support to directors and colleagues across the business.
• Assisting with other office and accounts duties as required.

Accounts skills:

• Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance administration role.
