About the Role

Are you an organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service? Our client is seeking a Branch Administrator to play a key role in supporting the Branch and Sales Managers while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch.

This is a varied, fast-paced position where you’ll be at the heart of the business, working closely with colleagues across departments. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone detail-driven, adaptable, and keen to be part of a friendly and dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide PA support to the Branch and Sales Managers
  • Manage incoming calls and operate the branch switchboard
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support across the branch
  • Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and delivery documentation
  • Complete daily cashiering duties and liaise with Head Office
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update internal databases
  • Support the sales team with events and trade shows
  • Carry out monthly stock checks on domestic products
  • Promote clear and effective internal communication

    Consistently deliver a professional, customer-focused service
About You
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Comfortable liaising with customers and colleagues at all levels
  • Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential information
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail, both written and numerical
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Friendly, self-motivated, and a strong team player
  • Able to work independently and use initiative
  • Presentable, positive, and proactive in your approach
