The Role:

As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of contracts within the business. From assisting project managers to maintaining accurate contract documentation, your contribution will ensure that projects run efficiently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting in the preparation and management of contracts, ensuring all documents are accurate and compliant.

* Maintaining contract files, updating project records, and tracking key contract milestones and deadlines.

* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate contract details and updates.

* Processing invoices, purchase orders, and payment applications in line with contract terms.

* Handling queries from internal teams and external stakeholders, providing timely and professional responses.

* Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to contract management.

* Supporting the overall administrative needs of the contracts and project teams.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction or removals industry.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and client-focused approach.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
