Project Administrator

Dartford
Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
£28,000-£30,000 (DOE)
Free Parking On-Site

We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join a well‑established and fast‑growing organisation based in Dartford. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a varied, fast-paced environment and is confident supporting senior leaders with day‑to‑day project administration.

You will be joining a small, supportive, and tight‑knit team in a modern office with plenty of opportunities to learn and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and drafting client quotations
Creating and issuing job cards
Drafting, formatting, and submitting tenders
Labelling and organising floor plans
Accessing, uploading, and maintaining documents on client portals
Managing project folders and maintaining accurate records
General office administration including emails, calls, and filing
Providing ad-hoc support to Directors, including joining Teams/Zoom meetings as required
Raising site access permits
Arranging couriers and deliveries
Chasing outstanding purchase orders
Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day administration of ongoing projects Requirements

Proven experience in an office-based administrative role (essential)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with in the construction industry (highly advantageous)
Familiarity with client portals such as Aconex, Project Plus, or Asite (desirable)
Full UK driving licence and own transport
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
Proactive, organised, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
