Senior Client Services Administrator SJP Practice | Dartford – office based | £35,000 discretionary bonus A highly regarded St. James's Place wealth management practice near Dartford is looking for an experienced Senior Client Services Administrator to join its team. The practice is currently growing, and this newly created role offers a genuine, built-in pathway into management as the team expands.
The Role You will act as senior support within the administration team, delivering high-quality client servicing and adviser support while helping to guide and develop less experienced colleagues. This position offers variety, responsibility and a clearly defined route to progression.
Key Responsibilities
• Delivering accurate, high-quality client services administration across the practice
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the practice's financial advisers
• Supporting client review cycles from preparation through to completion
• Processing new business submissions and ongoing client servicing requests
• Updating and maintaining client records, including CFR
• Acting as a senior point of support and mentorship for the wider admin team
• Helping to maintain service standards through a period of significant growth
• Supporting the smooth running of practice processes and systems
• Progressing towards a managerial position as the team scales About You
• Experience with in a St. James's Place practice is essential
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a similar financial services administration role
• Confident using Salesforce and adapting to new systems
• Confident acting as senior support to a developing team
• Well organised, accurate and professional under a busy workload
• Genuine ambition to step into management as the practice grows
• RO qualifications not essential – full study support provided Benefits • £35,000 salary plus discretionary bonus
• 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, with additional time off over Christmas
