MUST HAVE LICENSE AND OWN CAR AS YOU CANNOT COMMUTE TO THE OFFICE.
You will be responsible for the collection, maintenance, and reporting of maintenance-related data, providing timely and accurate administrative support to the maintenance team, including assisting with the upkeep of the routine maintenance management system.
Additionally, you will support a variety of operational and administrative tasks, such as procurement, and equipment ordering.
Responsibilities:
* Produce high‑quality collateral, reports, and documentation to support reactive maintenance teams.
* Deliver accurate weekly and monthly data reporting to inform operational performance.
* Maintain up‑to‑date work schedules and issue work instructions to relevant teams.
* Provide holiday and sickness cover to ensure continuity across maintenance operations.
* Carry out general administrative duties and respond to ad hoc requests as required.
* Take ownership of project governance activities, ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards.
* Produce professional slide packs and supporting materials for Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings.
* Support the management team with reporting, documentation, and meeting administration.
Experience:
* Strong analytical capability with a consistent focus on accuracy and detail.
* Confident IT proficiency, including advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, and internal data management systems.
* Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proven experience delivering high‑quality administrative support in a fast‑paced environment.
* Highly organised, with the ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities.
* Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Skilled at prioritising workload to meet deadlines and support operational demands.
* Collaborative team player who contributes positively to team performance and workplace culture.
* UK Driving Licence, Minimum category
B.
