We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Scheduler to support IT device refresh and deployment projects. The role will involve coordinating project activities, scheduling resources, tracking progress, and ensuring deployments are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule engineers and deployment activities.
Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation.
Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues.
Liaise with customers, engineers, and project stakeholders.
Produce project status updates and reports.
Support Project Managers with project administration and coordination.

Essential Experience

Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Scheduler role.
Experience coordinating multiple activities and stakeholders.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Desirable

Experience supporting IT device refresh, rollout, or migration projects.
Familiarity with Service Now.

Experience with in an IT services or managed services environment.
