We are seeking a highly organised, detail-driven Property Administrator to join our growing team in Dartford. This is a pivotal role within our lettings and property management operation, supporting both landlords and tenants while ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administrative processes. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, comfortable managing multiple tasks at pace, and committed to delivering a consistently high standard of service.
Role OverviewAs our Property Administrator
, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of administrative duties that keep our property portfolio running efficiently. You will act as a central point of contact for tenants, contractors, and internal colleagues, ensuring all queries, issues, and documentation are handled promptly, professionally, and accurately.
- Managing daily administrative tasks including tenant queries, maintenance requests, booking in works, and coordinating contractor attendance
- Preparing, issuing, and updating essential documentation such as Section 13 notices, tenancy renewals, addendums, and compliance paperwork
- Maintaining accurate records across CRM systems, property files, and digital platforms
- Monitoring ongoing maintenance jobs, ensuring timely completion and clear communication with all parties
- Liaising with landlords regarding updates, approvals, and renewal discussions
- Supporting move-ins and move-outs with documentation, key management, and coordination
- Ensuring all email communication is clear, professional, and aligned with company standards
- Assisting with inventory reports and check-in/check-out processes (experience preferred but not essential)
- Providing support with facilities management tasks, including building access, contractor scheduling, and compliance tracking
- Upholding high standards of organisation within an admin-focused office environment separate from the sales team
- Strong literacy skills and excellent email etiquette
