Position: Motorcycle Technician / MOT Tester
We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable workshop in Dartford for an experienced Motorcycle Technician / MOT Tester.

Up to £36,000 annual salary, with overtime and incentives raising earnings to approximately £40,000 per year
Full-time, permanent position with a standard Monday to Friday schedule

Duties:

Conduct motorcycle repairs, servicing, diagnostics, and fault finding
Perform MOT testing in accordance with industry standards
Advise customers on repair options and explain faults clearly
Maintain accurate service and repair records
Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, and organization at all times
Assist the team in achieving productivity targets
Deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Motorcycle Technician / MOT Tester
Current MOT Testing qualification (Class 1 preferred)
Strong diagnostic skills and sound technical knowledge of motorcycles
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid full UK driving licence
