Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and growth of a new business division from the ground up

• Develop a team to work alongside

• Drive sales strategy, customer acquisition, and long-term account management

• Identify and develop new opportunities within the target market

• Oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, and team development as the business grows

• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape commercial strategy and future expansion

• Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities

Skills /

Experience:

• Proven sales or management experience from one of the following backgrounds:
Electrical Wholesale, Fastenings & Fixings, Cable Management

• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills

• Driving Licence

• A hands-on approach and the drive to make a lasting impact in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
