We are working with a family-run air conditioning contractor delivering commercial office fit out projects across CAT A and CAT B schemes. With a strong pipeline of work and projects starting imminently, they are looking to bring experienced AC Engineers and Improvers on board.
Projects typically include comms rooms, split systems and large-scale FCU installations, with sites mainly in London, and upcoming work in Cambridge and Bristol.
The Work

Commercial office fit outs (CAT A & CAT

B)
Split systems and comms room installations
Large FCU packagesunits on larger schemes)
Early starts (7am-3pm typical working hours)
Mixture of day rate engineers and price-work subcontractors Positions Available

AC Engineers (PAYE / Day Rate)
£50,000 flat salary for engineers on the cards
Company van provided
Fuel card, parking and travel costs covered
AC Improvers
£30,000 salary
Subcontractors
Price work available
Location flexible Location & Logistics

Office / yard based in Gravesend
Engineers on the cards must be able to reach the yard within 45 minutes
Majority of work is London-based, with additional projects in Cambridge and Bristol Start Date
