Scaffolding Estimator

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dartford for a Scaffolding Estimator. The Scaffolding Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, assessing project requirements, reading and interpreting plans and specifications, conducting site visits when necessary, and collaborating with clients, suppliers, and the internal team. The role involves ensuring project compliance with safety standards and regulations while maintaining efficiency and accuracy in the estimation process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency and certifications in Working at Height and Confined Space practices
• Strong knowledge of CSCS regulations and Fall Protection systems
• In-depth understanding and experience with Scaffolding systems and techniques
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to interpret technical documents
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proven experience in estimating within the scaffolding or construction industry
• Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field are advantageous
