Overview
Estimator – Refurbishment / Fit Out Projects – Dartford
We are recruiting on behalf of a very stable and growing construction company who are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their team based in Dartford
.
This is an office-based role
, working predominantly on healthcare and hospital refurbishment and fit out projects
. You will be joining a well-established business with a strong pipeline of work and an excellent reputation within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven negotiation and commercial skills
- Basic Health & Safety awareness
