As our Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for ensuring value for money, effective cost control, and contract compliance across a varied programme of planned investment and general building works. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring financial governance, commercial rigour, and high-quality outcomes across all programmes.
You'll also play a key role in developing commercial best practice and mentoring colleagues.
