I’m working with a contractor currently delivering a 500-unit RC frame residential development in Dartford who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor.
This is not an Assistant QS level role. They need somebody comfortable managing difficult packages independently, focusing across an entire project life cycle.
The role is fully site based, they offer great opportunities to progress.
Ideal background:
- RC frame projects
- Strong commercial package management
- Able to operate independently on live schemes
Excellent opportunity to join a major long-term development and take ownership on a sizeable project.
