Blayze Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Dartford to oversee a major residential project with around 600 units scheduled for completion in mid-2029. This role involves managing the full commercial lifecycle, including piling and landscaping packages under the guidance of a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management and experience in large-scale residential developments. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000 along with a car allowance and additional benefits.
