Dartford & London / M25 Projects
Salary: £40,000 – £70,000 plus car allowance.
We are representing one of the UK’s fastest‑growing façade remediation and building safety main contractors. With almost 30 years of specialist expertise, the business delivers complex façade remediation, cladding replacement, fire safety and external refurbishment projects across the UK. It has grown from £32m to around £45m in turnover this year and aims to exceed £55m next year, with expanding projects throughout London and the M25 corridor.
Position Overview- Manage the commercial aspects of façade remediation, cladding replacement and building safety projects across London and the M25 corridor
- Prepare valuations, applications for payment, cost reports, variations and final accounts
- Manage subcontractor procurement, payments and commercial administration throughout project delivery
- Monitor project costs, forecasts and commercial performance to maximise profitability
- Work closely with Project Managers and operational teams to ensure successful commercial delivery of projects
- Develop your commercial expertise within a rapidly expanding contractor delivering prestigious remediation and building safety schemes
- Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to step up, or experienced Quantity Surveyor
- Experience working for a main contractor or specialist subcontractor
- Experience in façade remediation, cladding or external envelope sector is advantageous; strong general contracting experience is acceptable
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline preferred
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to projects across London and the M25 corridor as required
- Desire to join a rapidly growing contractor offering long‑term career progression, job security and exposure to high‑profile building safety projects
- Salary of £40,000 – £70,000 depending on experience
