Job Title
Sales Manager – Construction Supplies & Building Materials
LocationDartford
Remuneration£40,000 - £45,000 + bonus TBC

Responsibilities- Promote a comprehensive range of construction supplies including building materials, cutting tools, access & lifting equipment, contractor tools, decorating, doors, and tool accessories.
- Manage, develop, and coach a team of 5 internal sales people.
- Sell and deal with tier 1 contractors, sub‑contractors, construction companies, and selected distributors.
- Increase and contribute to company turnover.
- People‑management experience in the construction industry.
- Experience selling to contractors.
- Highly organized, motivated and driven.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic and confident personality.
- Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team.
- IT literate.
