TXM Recruit is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with M&E experience to join an award-winning FM company on a permanent basis. The role covers managing project life cycles up to £3 million in value and requires robust cost estimation and budgeting capabilities.
You will prepare detailed cost estimates, monitor expenditures against budgets, implement cost control measures, and liaise with project managers, engineers and contractors.
