Health &Safety Manager
tosupportmultiple majorprojectsacross
Birmingham, Suffolk and Kent
. This is a chance toleadfrom the front, influencesafetyculture, and embedwellbeinginto every layer of delivery.

• Be the go-to expert,supporting managers and site teams to meet the highestsafetystandards.
• Coach and guideoperationalteams usingour
  
  Inclusion&Wellbeingengagementtools – helping everyone have a voice on site.
• Carry out assuranceactivitiesthat giveconfidencein howeffectivelysafetyprocesses are working.
• Work as part of acollaborative,high-performing team on some of the most complex and excitinginfrastructureprojectsin the UK.

• Level 5qualification(minimum) in a relevant subject
• Background in
  civils orinfrastructureprojects
• Strong technical knowledge in
  Occupational Health Risk Management
  and
  Safety Risk Management
• Skilled in coaching, training, auditing, and investigations
• Membership of a relevantprofessionalbody
