Overview

As the first and last point of contact for our customers and guests, you will welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism, create a positive first impression, manage reception duties including calls, emails, post, and meeting room bookings, support events and community engagement activities, maintain social media updates, keep the centre running smoothly by maintaining supplies, equipment, and shared spaces, assist a variety of customer needs, and provide backup support to the Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager.

The role is based at The Nucleus Bridge in the heart of the Bridge Community.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage reception duties, including calls, emails, post, and meeting room bookings
  • Support events and community engagement activities
  • Update social media on a daily and monthly basis
  • Maintain supplies, equipment, and shared spaces to ensure smooth operation
  • Assist with a variety of customer needs, from booking couriers to recommending local spots
  • Provide backup support to the Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager
Qualifications
  • Confident and approachable personality with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Proactive, can‑do attitude with a keen eye for detail
  • Flexible and team‑spirited, ready to pitch in wherever needed
