Wates Smartspace is seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to support planned retrofit works in social housing properties. You will be the primary contact for residents, coordinating access, communicating schedules, and ensuring the resident experience remains at the heart of delivery.
You’ll build relationships with tenants and client representatives, handle enquiries with empathy, and work closely with site teams to maintain smooth project progress across sites.
