We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor / Administrator to join a busy team in Dartford.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in customer service, call centre, administration, customer support or a similar office-based role.

You’ll be joining a busy working environment where you’ll be speaking with customers, organising deliveries and making sure information is kept accurate and up to date.

The role

Your day-to-day duties will include:

* Handling inbound and outbound customer calls

* Booking deliveries and managing schedules

* Dealing with customer queries

* Updating internal systems and customer information

* Data entry and general administration

* Liaising with customers, drivers and internal teams

* Providing excellent customer service

What we’re looking for

We’d like to hear from you if you have:

* Previous customer service, call centre or administration experience

* A confident and professional telephone manner

* Good computer and data entry skills

* Strong communication skills

* Good organisational skills

* A positive and reliable attitude

* The ability to work well in a busy environment

Experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Administrator, Call Centre Advisor, Customer Support Advisor, Office Administrator, Administrator, Customer Care Advisor or similar would be beneficial.
