We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor / Administrator to join a busy team in Dartford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in customer service, call centre, administration, customer support or a similar office-based role. You'll be joining a busy working environment where you'll be speaking with customers, organising deliveries and making sure information is kept accurate and up to date.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
• Booking deliveries and managing schedules
• Dealing with customer queries
• Updating internal systems and customer information
• Data entry and general administration
• Liaising with customers, drivers and internal teams
• Providing excellent customer service

We'd like to hear from you if you have:

• Previous customer service, call centre or administration experience
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Good computer and data entry skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• A positive and reliable attitude
• The ability to work well in a busy environment

Experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Administrator, Call Centre Advisor, Customer Support Advisor, Office Administrator, Administrator, Customer Care Advisor or similar would be beneficial.
