Duties for the role of Newly Qualified Architect include:

Produce architectural drawings for existing plans and elevations
Carry out structural drawings and detailing
Present designs, attend client meetings, and advise clients directly
Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure high quality and compliance

Skills and experience for the role of Newly Qualified Architect include:

ARB registered
Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
Experience working on projects within the residential projects
Excellent drawing and design skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team
Live within a commutable distance to the Dartford area
