This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward‑thinking architectural practice that offers specialist design services to the residential sector. They are looking for an enthusiastic Newly Qualified Architect to join their Dartford‑based team.

• Produce architectural drawings for existing plans and elevations
• Carry out structural drawings and detailing
• Present designs, attend client meetings, and advise clients directly
• Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure high quality and compliance

• ARB registered
• Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience working on projects within the residential sector
• Excellent drawing and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Live within a commutable distance to the Dartford area
