A fantastic opportunity has become available for a compassionate and skilled PPA Teacher to join a supportive SEN school in Dartford, working with pupils with complex needs. This part‑time role is based in a Key Stage 2 class that follows the Entry Pathways curriculum, with a strong emphasis on play‑based learning and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

• As a Primary Teacher
  , you will provide engaging and purposeful cover for planning, preparation, and assessment time

• You’ll be based in a KS2 Entry Pathways class, supporting pupils with a range of developmental and learning needs

• There is a real focus on play‑based, sensory, and exploratory learning
  , guided by the principles of the EYFS

• The school in Dartford is well‑resourced, inclusive, and known for its strong, supportive team

• Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons rooted in EYFS principles

• Support a nurturing and inclusive environment as a committed Primary Teacher

• Work closely with LSAs, therapists, and senior staff to meet individual learning plans

• Promote communication, independence, and emotional wellbeing

• Maintain a positive, flexible, and child‑centred approach as a reliable Primary Teacher

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Framework and play‑based learning

• Previous experience supporting children with complex SEN needs

• Confidence teaching within a KS2 Entry Pathways curriculum

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude as a dedicated Primary Teacher

• Part‑time role (2‑3 days per week) with flexibility to suit your schedule

• Located in Dartford with accessible transport links and on‑site parking
