Full‑Time Teaching Assistant (SEND) – Hartley

Monday‑Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Full‑Time, Term‑Time Only

Starting rate: £13.69 per hour PAYE
- Provide one‑to‑one and small group support to students with a range of SEND, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to deliver tailored learning activities.
- Support students' personal care and emotional well being where required.
- Help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
- Contribute to pupils' progress, independence, and confidence.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for working in a SEND setting.
- Experience in supporting children with additional needs is desirable but not essential.
- A proactive and flexible team player with good communication skills.
- A valid UK driving licence is desirable due to the location.
