Full‑Time Teaching Assistant (SEND) – Hartley

Starting rate: £13.69 per hour PAYE

• Provide one‑to‑one and small group support to students with a range of SEND, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs.
• Work closely with teachers and other staff to deliver tailored learning activities.
• Support students' personal care and emotional well being where required.
• Help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
• Contribute to pupils' progress, independence, and confidence.

• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for working in a SEND setting.
• Experience in supporting children with additional needs is desirable but not essential.
• A proactive and flexible team player with good communication skills.
• A valid UK driving licence is desirable due to the location.
