SEND Teaching Assistant – Permanent contract – Dartford

We are working closely with a fantastic three-form entry primary school in Dartford, currently recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated Hub team.

This is a full
-time, permanent position starting in September 2025. The successful candidate will support a small class of 3–4 mixed-age pupils with complex needs. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team of teaching assistants, working together to create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

• Supporting students with Complex Needs
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth and achievement
• Support the school’s mission to inspire students to develop a lifelong passion for physical activity
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success and development of the department

• Proven experience working with SEND students
• Passionate about delivering dynamic and engaging lessons
• Committed to continuous improvement and professional development
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
