North Kent Colleges Group (NKC) is seeking a passionate Lecturer in Early Years to join our NKC Dartford College on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. You will plan and deliver high-quality Early Years programmes, assess learners and provide academic and pastoral support to help them achieve their potential.
The role requires a strong understanding of current Early Years frameworks, safeguarding responsibilities and sector best practice. 22.2 hours per week (0.6 FTE) pro-rata, up to 1 year.
