Permanent, Full Time - 37.5 hours, Monday-Friday

Up to £65,000 per annum + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Manager to oversee mechanical systems at a large, complex site. You'll manage the maintenance, compliance, and performance of critical systems, leading a team to ensure safe, reliable operations.

• Manage specialist contracts, ensuring compliance and service quality.
• Oversee PPM programme and ensure plant reliability.
• Supervise statutory compliance maintenance and ensure accurate documentation.
• Contribute to asset lifecycle planning and risk identification.
• Support capital projects and manage technical specifications.
• Provide leadership, training, and development to the engineering team.
• Deputise for senior management and coordinate with other teams.

• Mechanical engineering qualifications (experience in regulated environments).
• Experience as an Authorised Person for mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including process equipment.
• Familiarity with CAFM or asset management systems.
• Leadership and team management skills.
