Keep safety at the heart of operations:
Champion a Zero Harm approach by proactively identifying risks, improving safety practices, and contributing to risk assessments and method statements.

Plan and problem-solve:
Use dashboard reports, site inspections, and your expertise to prioritise work, determine resource needs, and maintain clear, accurate records for accountability.

Drive performance and development:
Manage staffing, performance, and rotas while mentoring team members and helping them grow through constructive feedback and training.

Support innovation and sustainability:
Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and sustainable practices that align with Connect Plus Services’ long-term goals.
