This role ideally suits a candidate that wants to do everything, involved in site surveys, detailing drawings to a manufacturing standard on Auto Cad, discussing with client, arranging contracts and then seeing the project through to completion. This is a perfect position for a person who is looking to be office based with the occasional site / client visit.
Requirements- AutoCAD experience is essential
- Site surveys and measuring on-site
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Project management responsibilities throughout delivery
- Project & Contract Management (NEC & Traditional)
- Cost Planning, Take-Offs, Value Engineering & Margin Control
- Programme Management& Resource Planning
- Commercial Awareness: P&L, Variations, Final Accounts
