Accounts Assistant - Part Time

We are seeking a meticulous and organised Accounts Assistant - Part Time to join a successful Finance department. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience in financial processes.

• Maintain accurate financial records and process invoices efficiently.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide support during audits and month-end processes.

• Previous experience in accounting or finance roles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
