Salary: £12.21 per hour (£13.68 including holiday pay). Monthly service charge payment based on hours worked. Free parking onsite and uniform provided.

A passionate spa therapist is required to support our team of therapists providing a full range of facials, manicures, pedicures and body treatments, with a focus on ensuring guests have an amazing experience. Casual therapists are welcome to transfer to full time when opportunities arise.

Our Spa Therapists are part of a team of 25, supported by a Reservation and Spa Reception team and our Spa Manager. We offer training, development and progression opportunities.

• Offering a full range of technical facial and body treatments during your shift
• Meeting and greeting the client on arrival
• Completing client consultation cards/information
• Taking the guest through the customer journey
• Explaining the treatment to be performed
• Ensuring the treatment is offered to the client’s requirements
• Discussing retail products and beauty regime to enhance guest experience following their treatment
• Offering refreshments in the relaxation area on conclusion of the treatment
• Liaising with Spa Receptionists to ensure correct billing

• Shifts available are: 9.45am – 6.15pm, 10.45am – 7.15pm, 11.45am – 8.15pm
• Must be available on busy days including weekends to gain shifts
• NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy, or equivalent, is essential
• Completion of a trade test with the Spa Manager prior to recruitment

A cheerful, energetic person with a good eye for detail is needed to assist our Chefs during busy periods with the smooth running of the Kitchen at Rowhill Grange Hotel. You will support chefs to maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and efficiency.

• Completing general kitchen cleaning duties
• Operating the dishwasher to ensure all cutlery and crockery are cleaned in a timely fashion, stacked and ready for service
• Refilling the hot plate ready for service each dining session to ensure guests get hot food
• Deep cleaning tasks as outlined on the kitchen cleaning schedule
• Delivering exceptional kitchen hygiene standards across tasks
• Assisting in providing a safe, secure and appealing environment by adhering to Health & Safety policies
• Assisting Chefs with some basic food preparation
• Hours available over a mixture of shifts; early shifts 8am-4.30pm and late shifts 3pm-11.30pm including weekends

• No formal qualifications required but a good standard of English
• Good eye for detail
• Energy and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous employment in a food service business is helpful
