An opportunity for qualified level 3 Spa Therapist to join our Utopia Spa team to help our full time therapists over the busy periods.

Our luxury Utopia Spa at the 4 Star Rowhill Grange Hotel is part of Alexander Hotels a private collection of quality hotels of distinction just outside London.

Spread across 2 floors of pools, bubble tub, sauna and steam rooms, it offers relaxation to guests by the pool, in the hydrotherapy pool or under the monsoon showers, or in our new relaxation room.

We have 19 treatment rooms including a double treatment room as well as a gym, hair spa and beautiful gardens and grounds.

Our Spa Therapists offer a range of treatments in this perfect setting to day clients, residents and local members.

A passionate spa therapist is required to support our team of therapists providing a full range of facials, manicures, pedicures and body treatments, with a focus on ensuring guests have an amazing experience.

Our 25 therapists are selected to provide the very best treatments, supported by a Reservation and Spa Reception team and our experienced Spa Manager, Melissa. Casual therapists are welcome to transfer to full time when opportunities arise.

• Offering a full range of technical facial and body treatments during your shift
• Meeting and greeting the client on arrival
• Completing client consultation cards/information
• Taking the guest through the customer journey
• Explaining the treatment to be performed
• Ensuring the treatment is offered to the clients requirements
• Discussing retail products and beauty regime to enhance guests experience following their treatment
• Offering refreshments in the relaxation area on conclusion of the treatment
• Liaising with Spa Receptionists to ensure correct billing

• Shifts available are; 9.45am – 6.15pm, 10.45am – 7.15pm, 11.45am – 8.15pm
• Must be available on busy days including weekends to gain shifts
• NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy, or equivalent, is essential
• Completion of a trade test with the Spa Manager prior to recruitment

A cheerful, energetic person with a good eye for detail is needed to assist our Chefs during busy periods with the smooth running of the Kitchen at Rowhill Grange Hotel.

Without a clean, well‑presented environment with clean, hot plates a kitchen fails. You will be key to us achieving excellent standards for our guests by supporting our chefs with the following duties;

• Completing general kitchen cleaning duties
• Operating the dishwasher to ensure all cutlery, crockery is cleaned in a timely fashion, stacked and ready for service
• Refilling the hot plate ready for service each dining session to ensure guests get hot food!
• Deep cleaning tasks as outlined on the kitchens cleaning schedule
• Delivery through all these tasks of exceptional kitchen hygiene standards
• Assisting in providing a safe, secure and appealing environment by adhering to the company Health & Safety Policies ensuring all kitchen areas are compliant.
• Assisting Chefs with some basic food preparation.
• Hours available over a mixture of shifts; early shifts 8am-4.30pm and late shifts 3pm-11.30pm including weekend shifts which would suit students.

• No formal qualifications required but a good standard of English
• Good eye for detail
• Energy and enthusiasm to work in a fast‑paced volume environment
• Previous employment in a food service business helpful
