Rail Recruitment Consultant – To £50,000 (doe) + Commission + Car or Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits – Southeast UK

UK’s largest provider of permanent and temporary personnel to the Rail Infrastructure sector is seeking an experienced Rail Consultant to join a team recruiting a range of OLE, S&T, PTS, Safety Critical, and Underground workers across the UK.

A warm desk opportunity, the Rail Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for creating and developing established client relationships within the S&T or OLE rail disciplines.

A well-known supplier of Rail personnel, the client has been working on major critical national infrastructure projects across Europe for over four decades.

• Create and develop established client relationships within the S&T or OLE rail disciplines.
• Advertise, attract, and source candidates for rails projects in line with client requirements.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers and on-boarding processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment targets and timelines.

• Applicants must have independent legal authorisation to live and work in the UK.
• Experience in recruitment, preferably within the Rail or Built Environment sectors.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment and maintain professional client relationships.
