As a Pre-sales architect for Microsoft AI Business Solutions, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping digital transformation journeys for our enterprise clients. You’ll combine technical expertise with consultative pre-sales skills, showcasing how AI and Microsoft Business Solutions deliver real-world outcomes.

What you’ll do
  • Lead solution envisioning and demonstrations: Deliver tailored demos of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI-driven capabilities (e.g., Copilot, predictive insights, intelligent automation) to address specific business challenges.
  • Architect technical solutions: Translate customer requirements into robust, scalable architectures, covering integration, data, security, governance, and adoption considerations.
  • Drive customer success: Influence clients’ transformation roadmaps, ensuring solutions are designed for adoption, measurable ROI, and long-term success.
  • Support sales execution: Collaborate with business development teams on proposals, RFPs, value propositions, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Build trusted relationships: Engage with senior stakeholders across clients, partners, Microsoft, and industry bodies, positioning Kainos as a thought leader.
  • Promote best practices: Continuously refine pre-sales methodologies, collateral, and delivery patterns to increase pipeline quality, win rates, and procurement success.
  • Act as a thought leader: Represent Kainos at Microsoft events, industry forums, and client workshops, sharing insights on AI, digital transformation, and Business Applications.
What you’ll bring
  • Technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI capabilities.
  • Strong pre-sales experience in solution envisioning, RFP responses, proposal writing, competitive positioning, and value-based selling.
  • Architecture skills: experience designing solutions that integrate with enterprise applications, data platforms, and cloud services, with a clear view of scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Consultative communication skills: ability to engage confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders, articulating business value as well as technical feasibility.
  • Proven impact: a track record of influencing pipeline, improving win rates, and helping clients achieve measurable transformation outcomes.
  • Continuous learners: passionate about emerging Microsoft AI capabilities, keeping pace with platform innovation, and bringing new insights into client conversations.
