Our client is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst; the role is offered as a permanent full-time position

Salary: up to £60,000 pa DOE

8am to 4.45pm, Monday to Friday – no remote working

ERP Systems Analyst

This role is pivotal in maintaining and optimising the use of the Epicor Kinetic Cloud ERP system to enhance business processes, efficiency and initially assist in the Kinetic UX migration due for completion by May 2026.

The ideal candidate:

* University degree (or equivalent) in computer science or a related field

* Strong understanding of Epicor Kinetic Cloud ERP, with past experience as a Developer or Systems Analyst (experience of other ERP systems may be beneficial)

* High proficiency in SSRS, REST API, KPIs, development, integration, and customisation

* Solid understanding of ERP business processes including MRP, BoM, MoM, production, finance, warehousing, logistics, sales, marketing and procurement

* Experience with ERP maintenance, support, and training

* Competence in project and stakeholder management

* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

* Experience with CRM, SharePoint, and Power BI

* A practical, 'hands-on' approach to strategic execution and implementation
