Based in the Dartford head office full time.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys creating engaging digital content, experimenting with new approaches and improving how organisations communicate online. You'll have the opportunity to shape and develop digital channels, bring new ideas to the table and support colleagues across the business to communicate clearly and effectively.

You'll support the delivery of high‑quality digital communications across websites, intranet, social media and campaigns. You'll work closely with teams and senior leaders, using insight and analytics to help ensure our digital channels remain relevant, effective and engaging.

Responsibilities
  • Create, edit and publish engaging digital content for internal and external channels, including websites, intranet and social media.
  • Work with colleagues across the organisation to support clear, consistent and high‑quality digital communications.
  • Help maintain a consistent tone of voice, brand and visual identity across all digital platforms.
  • Support the planning, creation and scheduling of social media content, primarily on Linked In.
  • Monitor social media activity and highlight engagement trends, insights and potential issues.
  • Support senior leaders and subject‑matter experts with the preparation of digital and social content.
  • Collect and prepare digital performance data using tools such as GA4, CMS dashboards and social analytics.
  • Use insight and analysis to suggest improvements and new ideas to enhance digital channels.
  • Update and maintain websites, intranet content and digital assets using CMS platforms such as SharePoint and Umbraco.
  • Support digital campaigns, platform enhancements and digital transformation projects.
  • Provide day‑to‑day support for digital projects and agency coordination.
  • Occasionally support out‑of‑hours digital publishing, with guidance from the Digital Communications Lead.
Skills and experience
  • Experience in digital communications, digital marketing or content creation (including placements or early‑career roles).
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Confidence using digital tools, CMS platforms and social media channels.
  • Experience working with analytics tools such as GA4.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas.
  • An interest in emerging digital communications trends and new ways of working.
  • Experience with social media tools, filming or editing content, and creative or design software is desirable but not essential.
