£300–£350 per day (Outside IR35)
6-month contract
Key responsibilities- Develop and configure Service Now solutions across ITSM and ITAM
- Build workflow automation and integrations using Flow Designer
- Deliver against the development backlog
- Resolve incidents and deliver enhancements
- Valid Service Now Certified professional (relevant modules required)
- Strong hands-on experience across:
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management)
- ITAM (Asset lifecycle management)
- Proven expertise in Flow Designer for workflow automation and integrations
- Experience working through and delivering against development backlogs
- Solid understanding of out-of-the-box Service Now configuration and platform best practices
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset
- Must have the existing right to work in the UK and require no sponsorship
- Ability to travel to the East London office occasionally when required
