Operations Coordinator - Dartford

I'm recruiting for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join a growing freight forwarding operation in Dartford.
This is a varied, hands‑on role for someone with a broad multimodal freight background who is comfortable managing a busy customer base and handling shipments across Air, Sea and Road Freight.
The Role- Managing Air, Sea and Road shipments
- Handling both Imports and Exports
- Managing multiple customers and shipments at once
- Preparing quotations and rate enquiries
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, carriers and overseas agents
- Coordinating bookings, documentation and shipment updates
- Resolving operational issues and maintaining a high level of service
We're looking for someone with strong freight forwarding experience across multiple modes, who is commercially aware, confident dealing with customers and suppliers, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
