Position: Technical Coordinator ( Air conditioning ) (Permanent)
Air Conditioning Technical Coordinator – Dartford/Wilmington Area (Kent)

We are recruiting for a well-established HVAC company seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Technical Coordinator. This role would suit a former engineer with hands-on experience in AC installation and diagnostics, or someone with a background in technical support within the HVAC sector.

Role & Responsibilities

* Prepare and issue quotations for new projects

* Manage customer communications via email

* Follow up on outstanding quotes to secure business

* Order AC units and spare parts

* Review job reports from engineers and determine next steps

* Provide quotations based on engineers’ recommendations

* Offer technical support to internal office staff

* Complete RAMS (training can be provided)

Requirements

* Must live within approx. 20 miles of Dartford, Kent (DA2 area)

* Full UK driving licence (due to limited public transport links)

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in the air conditioning industry

* Strong technical understanding of AC and ventilation systems

* Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

* Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Personable, confident, and professionally presented

Package & Benefits

* Job Type: Full-time

* Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year (dependent on experience)

* Overtime:
Available during busy periods

* Location:

Office-based in the Dartford/Wilmington area

* Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
