As a Caretaker, you will form part of a local team undertaking high‑standard caretaking works for housing properties, delivering best‑in‑class customer service, and satisfying all safety, quality, and cost‑control standards.
This field‑based role covers Medway and includes a company van and fuel card for travel. You will ensure cleaning, repairs and maintenance are undertaken in accordance with agreed protocols and time frames.
You will be proactive in preventive maintenance and safety compliance on all blocks, ensuring that all upcoming works, including fire risk assessments, seasonal upkeep and safety checks, are scheduled at the required intervals.
Role Criteria- Experience in caretaking/cleaning
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good numeracy skills
- Able to understand and follow standard operating procedures
- Able to use a PDA following training
