Academics Ltd is currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to join a friendly and welcoming secondary school in Dartford from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced cleaner looking for a part‑time morning role within a school environment. Working from 7:00am to 9:00am, Monday to Friday, you will play an important role in ensuring the school is clean, safe, and ready for staff and students each day.

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, toilets, and communal areas.
• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and dusting throughout the school.
• Emptying bins and replenishing consumables where required.
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
• Following health and safety procedures and COSHH guidelines.
• Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns to the Site Team.
• Working independently and as part of the wider cleaning team.

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally within a school, office, or commercial environment.
• A strong eye for detail and pride in maintaining high cleaning standards.
• The ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• A reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or a willingness to obtain one.
