Account Director Commercial Portfolio Kent/London – up to 95K

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to manage two high‑end maintenance contracts across London and the Home Counties, overseeing a contract value of approximately £5 million and 20 staff per site.

• Manage financial budgets, P&L and technical issues.
• Maintain agreed KPI and SLAs.
• Ensure H&S and environmental performance on site.
• Recruit and develop site staff, including annual appraisals.
• Oversee client relationships and all reports.
• Identify and pursue additional business opportunities to increase contract revenue.

• Qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering (C&G, HNC, HND or higher).
• Background in budgets and P&L management.
• Strong technical engineering understanding.
• Experience managing TFM contracts and large engineering teams.
• Service delivery experience in the higher education sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage a demanding workload.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.

• Salary up to £95,000.
