A senior estate agency Branch Manager opportunity in North Kent: overseeing residential sales, leading a team, winning instructions, driving branch performance, and delivering consistent results within a recognised independent estate agency.

We are recruiting a Branch Manager for a residential estate agency branch in North Kent.

This role is suited to an experienced estate agency professional with strong leadership skills and a proven background in valuations and instruction-winning.

• Managing the day-to-day performance of the branch
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team
• Carrying out valuations and securing new instructions
• Driving revenue, market share, and branch profitability
• Maintaining high standards of customer service
• Monitoring targets, pipelines, and performance metrics
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company procedures
• Representing the business professionally within the local market

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager within estate agency
• Strong background in residential sales and valuations
• Demonstrable success managing and developing a team
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Professional, organised, and commercially aware
• Knowledge of the North Kent area advantageous
• Positive telephone manner and polished presentation
• Full UK driving licence essential
