Responsibilities:
Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of others while leading an enthusiastic team? As a Registered Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support!

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing a dedicated team of care professionals
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards
Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
Building strong relationships with clients, families, and external partners
Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of staff
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery

Role Requirements:

Have successfully opened a new care home in your time as a Registered Manager
Have been a CQC Registered Manager for at least 2 years
Experience running similar services
Experience achieving CQC rating of good or higher
Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care using evidence based approaches.
Ability to prioritise workload and delegate where possible
Ability to supervise, teach and mentor qualified and unqualified staff
Knowledge of risk assessment and risk management
Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
Current NMC registration
